You will ensure the personal needs of Individuals Targeted with Disabilities (IWTD) are met during duty-hours, official travel, training, and employee-sponsored events. You will serve as a technical office automation expert and use advanced feature of multiple software packages to create integrated work products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing support to senior Equal Employment Specialists in routine EEO processes/procedures such as interviewing/taking EEO complaints, proving general information to customers seeking information on EEO services including reasonable accommodation, the EEO complaint process, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. For the GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining different electronic records such as databases, spreadsheets, etc. in order create and maintain EEO case files. For the GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing various office automation software to produce letters, memos, reports and provide routine office automation services to others.
