  Currently ManTech is seeking a Technology SME IV to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  The Technology SME IV manages TDL efforts to provide design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems, to include the full lifecycle engineering of enterprise-wide hardware and software.

  They lead efforts to bring together sub-elements of software components to form a holistic solution.

  The Technology SME IV supports collaboration and coordination activities with mission partner stakeholders and is responsible for defining and implementing strategic and tactical direction for highly complex projects, assessing objectives and developing solution courses of action.

  They are a subject matter expert in the operational use of technology in the field and possess the practical experience to ensure integrated system infrastructure operational reliability and maintainability.

  The Technology SME IV implements technical best practices to manage teams and the execution of highly complex projects, identifies complex problems, and provides recommendations for resolution of problems.

  The Technology SME IV provides leadership for military intelligence efforts at the strategic and tactical levels as it relates to enabling technology for intelligence operations, planning, and mission management.

  Experience:

  Experience in the last 5 years providing technical direction and oversight on multiple technology development projects with similar scope and complexity.

  Experience in the last 5 years in the design, development, and implementation of advanced cyber technologies using high-level programming languages.

  Desired Qualifications:

  GIAC, ISFCE, or IACIS Certification

  Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Developer, AWS Certified Sysops Administrator, MS Certified Azure Fundamentals, MS Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

  Technical ability to ensure secure coding among team developers. The CERT secure coding standards are collections of guidelines for a particular language that, when faithfully applied, allow software developers to write programs without any of the code-related vulnerabilities that are known at the standard’s publication time.

  Minimum of 1 year of experience in the last 10 years working in compliance with the DoD policies related to technology development and testing.

  Minimum of 1 year of experience in the last 5 years working with secure coding practices, including the RMF process.

  Experience working with DevSecOps and Agile development methodologies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 5 years in the design, development, and implementation of digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, or cyber intelligence technologies with similar scope and complexity.

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 5 years providing technical direction and oversight on multiple technology development projects with similar scope and complexity.

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 5 years in the design, development, and implementation of advanced cyber technologies using high-level programming languages.

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 10 years in testing and evaluation of software, hardware, and processes.

  Security Clearance:

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
