Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are adding an Associate Project Manager to our growing Digital Buildings division across the United States. McKinstry has a unique perspective on the life of a building, andourTechnical Services suite of owner-direct offeringsassists clients in making the best decisions to improve the efficiency, comfort, sustainability, and lifespan of their building.The Digital Buildings team provides technical and strategic consulting services to make every building we touch more efficient. Our highly diverse group touches buildings of all kinds, from schools to hospitals to downtown high rises, with the intent to drive efficiency and optimization in every aspect of operations.In this role, you will be responsible for the management of projects, including owning responsibility for the successful execution of project scope, as delivered through various technical resources on the team. This includes setup of project schedule, management of resources, financial projections, processing change orders, management phase codes, client updates and reporting, and project closeout. You will maintain client satisfaction with specific scopes of work. In this role you will have project level client interface.
