　　Hybrid Tester - Technology Lead

　　• 5 to 7 years of QA/Testing experience on Mainframes based applications.

　　• Able to work as an Individual Contributor and responsible for Quality deliverables.

　　• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC life cycle processes.

　　• Good experience on various testing types like Functional, Regression, adhoc, etc.

　　• Hands-on experience with test plan development, test case generation, test plan execution, formal defect tracking and reporting methodologies.

　　• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

　　• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

　　• Experience on automation tools like Selenium is an added advantage.

　　• Experience on Mercury Quality Center or HP-ALM or JIRA is preferred.

　　• Experience in the Financial Industry is preferred.

　　• Mandatory UK Shift Timings (1 to 10 PM IST)

　　• Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent
