Role Overview
A full-time permanent role has arisen in our Dublin office for a Senior Associate in our Financial Reporting and Language Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, pro-active and self-motivated person to be part of a fast-paced growing company that will help you develop your career and progress through the company.
ResponsibilitiesProduction of financial reports containing annual and semi-annual data supplied by third party clients including:TypesettingProofreadingTemplate GenerationDealing with client queries on a daily basis by email and phoneUse of internal applications, systems and checklistsParticipation in team planning and timetable schedulingTeam support
Proofreading translated fund documentation, financial reports and participation in end-of-month filing processes.Production of client and internal documentation.On-boarding of new clients and work streams.Ownership from commencement to completion of all allocated internal or client projects.Accurate and timely logging of work items/project updates on internal system logs, and ensuring overall team are adhering to same.Working to tight deadlines on several projects in parallel.Review and sign off invoicing/quotes for work items/projects.Process improvement - working with team leader to keep our processes/ways of working up to date and as efficient as possible.Assisting in the daily running of the team to include full oversight of all team deliverables and tasks when team leader is absent/unavailable.Participating in client service reviews, assisting team lead in the scheduling and completion of same.Assisting team leader/manager by providing inputs to performance / talent review process.Your ProfileAdvanced knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft Word. Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.Highly customer focused with an ability to work under pressure and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Ability to deal with standard and non-standard client queries/issues. Adaptability is a key skill for this role.Experienced problem solver and planner.Project Management and On-boarding experience would be an advantage.Excellent communication and team-working / team building skills.High-level attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.Ability to oversee and review colleague's work.Experience in servicing clients.An interest in the Funds Industry.We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
