　　Roles & Responsibilities: Experience in administering Windows 2008R2/2012/2016/2019 Servers.Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2008R2/2012/2016/2019 Servers.Experience on Installing and configuring VCenter server 6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0 and latestExperience on Setting up, Install and configure ESX servers.Knowledge on VM Backup Disaster Recovery ManagementAutomated Installation/Firmware upgrade on ESX and vcenter using vm update manager.Knowledge and experience on vCenter Migrations.Well versed in cluster management/DRS rules/Base Image management.Working experience with vSphere systems administration and support including VMotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, VCenter, storage migrations, and P2V migrations.Experience with vSphere problem determination, capacity planning and root cause analysis.Working experience with vSphere Thin Provisioning, Resource Pools, Host Profiles, and EMC plug-ins.Working experience with vSphere Distributed Switch, power shell.Sound knowledge in VMware SRM, VMware vRADemonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Microsoft Servers and Server applications.Windows PowerShell knowledge would be an added advantage.Proficient with FTP/SFTPDebugging/troubleshooting of OS/Performance issues.Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.Perform/Recommend timely Patch management as per the Schedule.

　　Requirements / QualificationsOverall 6+ years of Windows Administrator experience on 2008R2/2012/2016/2019 Server.Experience on Installing and configuring VCenter server 6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0 and latest3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Shell Scripting.Ability to do troubleshooting and tuning windows performance issues.Experience with Performance tuning of SQL to ensuring minimal resource consumption, optimal data access, and response times.Generate and analyze capacity and predictive reports.Experience of AWS/Cloud Technologies and working within private/public cloud environments.Education:B. Tech/any equivalent or higher degreeShift Timings:
