　　What You'll do....

　　Performs quality control checks in the field with our Fiber technicians.

　　You will select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.

　　You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients.

　　You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.

　　You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and

　　investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.

　　You will correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.

　　You will perform a ride-along with a field technician to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.

　　You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.

　　Youu will provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.

　　You will perform and record onsite field safety audits on our technicians

　　Who we are looking for…

　　You are able to troubleshoot difficult Installs, Repairs, and upgrades and proficiently guide/grade technicians on quality performance

　　You are proficient in Fiber equipment

　　You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.

　　You are proficient in Fiber QA standards, Installs, Upgrades, and repairs

　　You have high standards for attention to detail.

　　You have leadership qualities
