　　Hourly Rate: $20.00+ starting

　　Potential up to 20% Weekly bonus, plus Annual Profit Share.

　　Salary Potential in your first year, including Bonus: $41,600 - $54,080

　　Join the team of specialized rebar fabricators and work on Washington States largest construction and infrastructure projects; Bend, cut, bundle and load reinforcing steel bars in accordance with customers orders. No experience required. All training is on the job!

　　Operate shearing machine or power saw to cut reinforcing steel bars to length

　　Operate bending machine to bend reinforcing steel bars to specified shape

　　Operate overhead crane to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped

　　Operate spray gun in the application of epoxy touch up of reinforcing steel bars

　　Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping

　　Unload trailers and store material in storage bins

　　Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean and safe manner.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

　　Due to the operating conditions of the position, this is a safety sensitive position, therefore you must pass drug test, including THC & background check.

　　Ability to read and comprehend basic safety and operational instructions

　　Basic math skills to be able to calculate bar measurements
