  THE JOB

  RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who will ensure centralized accounting receives all necessary documentation to create accurate and efficient reports. You will report to the General Manager.

  WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  Input and monitor process of vendor invoices for payment using the AP system.Assist GM in reconciling credit card receipts through online portal.

  Monitor vendor statements to make timely and accurate payments observing established terms.

  Assist General Manager with entering manual checks/wires.

  Assist general manager with month and year end closing.

  Ensure all accruals are accurately entered into system.

  Set up and maintain accurate digital vendor files.

  Work closely with corporate to ensure new vendors have correct documentation to get them set up in accounting system.

  Follow work rules, procedures and Company policies.

  WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  High School Diploma

  Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience

  Understanding of accounting procedures

  Experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or live entertainment company

  The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:

  $20.00 USD - $25.00 Hourly
