Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Burbank, California. This role is in the telecom industry where the candidate will be responsible for process improvement projects and the transition of procedures to a digital platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects

• Implement lean six sigma principles to streamline procedures

• Oversee the transition of paper applications into the workflow tool to ensure seamless integration

• Collaborate with the team for configuration and customization of the digital platform

• Assist in the creation of an online interface for applications and attachments

• Eliminate manual processes by digitizing and simplifying procedures

• Use tools such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database for project management

• Apply knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, and Budget Processes for efficient project execution

• Utilize design skills to improve business processes and initiate continuous process improvement

• Manage project management process improvement initiatives. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or senior consultant role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a must.

• Knowledge of databases and their management is necessary.

• Understanding of EO/IR systems is important.

• Experience with "About Time" software is a plus.

• Must have prior experience with AB Testing.

• Familiarity with budget processes is crucial.

• Must be able to manage and deliver project deliverables efficiently.

• Background in design is beneficial.

• Experience in business process improvement is needed.

• Must have expertise in continuous process improvement.

• Experience in process improvement projects is required.

• Understanding of project management process improvement is essential.
