Description:

　　Looking for a technical program manager/ project manager to help provide organization and clarity and help drive program deliverables and milestones for successful program completion. This involves many elements of technical leadership, documentation, direction and reporting and is focused on the overall schedule management and meeting/ managing customer expectations on deliverables.

　　Will manage a technical program's schedule and available resources including the redirecting of technical resources to new priorities on a program as they arise.

　　Manage customer expectations on technical deliverable completion timelines. Update the customer on weekly and monthly technical briefings.

　　Utilize MS Project SW to plan schedules, reliant timeline items and adjust as necessary.

　　Provide some overall day to day direction for program resources/ personnel as needed to complete priority program deliverables.

　　Coordinate/ reachback to other technical leads and engineering leads to ensure that the technical direction and budget/ schedule realism can align with the customer expectations.

　　Provide cost/ schedule estimates and updates as needed to both internal and external stakeholders.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.

　　At least 5 yrs of relevant experience in a technical role and at least 5 yrs of experience in a lead/ PM type roles with similar responsibilities for program or project schedule and milestones. 8-10 total yrs of experience.

　　Experience with MS Project for scheduling.

　　Experience with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA, for bug/ SW tracking and configuration management tasks.

　　An added bonus would be experience within the spaceflight HW or spacecraft engineering industries.
