　　Robert Half has a top-notch opportunity for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join the team at a successful company in the Manufacturing industry. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department

　　Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

　　Fulfill full-cycle A/P

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

　　Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Proficiency in Freight Bill

　　Foundational knowledge in Freight Carriers

　　Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

　　Adeptness in Navision

　　3 Way Matching experience preferred

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

　　Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　5+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
