　　THE OPPORTUNITY

　　Ivalua is hiring a Technical Writer (English Native) with Technical Writing Capabilities to join the Ivalua Academy team. This role requires a passion for knowledge creation and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning, interviewing, exploring, and developing technical understanding through trial and error. In this position, you will be responsible for creating content (80% of the role) and overseeing trainees, using your skills in instructional design, technical writing, and storytelling to deliver effective and engaging training materials.

　　WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

　　Create crystal-clear training Material, including curriculum, slide decks, exercises, digital adoption guides, and quizzes. We don’t use fancy tools, but we do apply the latest in research-based instructional design best practices.

　　Take ownership of a scope.

　　Network and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to set training objectives and obtain information.

　　Develop in-depth expertise about the Configuration and Implementation of the Ivalua solution.

　　Build and regularly update content for your scope

　　Support trainees by answering questions in the forum or in live Q&A sessions.

　　Learn every day, be it about business, techniques, psychology or cultures. We’re a learning team and we own that!

　　YOUR PROFILE

　　If you have the below experience and strengths, we want to hear from you!

　　Submit your resume, portfolio, and any relevant samples of your work along with your application.

　　Must-have Capabilities:

　　Outstanding English written skills (C2)

　　Capacity to simplify complex concepts and write clear, concise, precise and well-structured instructional content.

　　Familiarity with and taste for the ethos and jargon of software engineering.

　　Self-driven on you scope of responsibilities.

　　At least 2 of the following:

　　Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain or Procurement

　　5+ year experience in Instructional Design or Technical writing

　　Hands on experience in deep Software Configuration

　　Project Management capabilities
