　　We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Tech Lead to join our dynamic team at WEX. The ideal candidate will be a talented leader with a strong technical background in software engineering, capable of guiding and managing a team of software developers. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration between teams, negotiating, and aligning deliveries across departments to ensure the successful execution of projects within set timelines and quality standards.
