　　Develop user-friendly documentation, including API documentation, technical specifications, user guides, and knowledge base articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence. Produce or use visual aids, such as flowcharts, diagrams, mockups, & screenshots, to complement written documentationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to gather information and understand complex technical concepts for effective documentationOrganize and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation, ensuring version control, accessibility, and ease of navigationContinuously improve documentation processes, tools, and practices to streamline content creation and maintenance, with alignment on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writingConduct research, gather requirements, and stay up-to-date with the latest software features and updates to deliver accurate and relevant documentationParticipate in usability testing and provide feedback to enhance the user experience of our applications

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　5+ years of relevant experience writing and leading technical documentation for developers. We are also open to backgrounds in development and technical educationExperience with GraphQL, JSON and JavaScriptExceptional writing and editing skills. You can write technical documentation in a readable way, and also write compelling articles to drive engagementYou have a good understanding of technical concepts like APIs and web applicationsAmazing interpersonal communication. You can build relationships quickly and find successful outcomes across teamsYou are a strategic thinker. You can identify opportunities in our content strategy, execute new initiatives, and then measure their successEnglish mother tongue (must)
