Description Robert Half is looking for an open position in the Naples, Florida area for a skilled Tax Preparer. Some of the responsibilities of the Tax Preparer will include carrying out simple and complex State and Federal tax returns for individual and small business. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Contact clients to gather vital information/documents

　　Produce error free data into Tax software application

　　Execute other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

　　Reply to incoming client calls to help with tax questions and set appointments

　　Manually fashion completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Determine and invoice for form preparation fees Requirements - Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Ability to multitask effectively

　　Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

　　Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　QuickBooks experience desired

　　Microsoft Word experience

　　Command of Microsoft Excel
