Job Description

　　Our client is looking for a SAP eWM Product Analyst to join their team.

　　- Phase 1 - Understanding business requirements translating into user stories converting into a well-defined user acceptance criteria

　　- Phase 2 -- working with different partners/vendors/suppliers in an agile framework to support the build of the user stories into a final product and be part of the testing when the product is being built

　　- Drive and the product build by giving active updates to the business -- gathering feedback from the customers and stakeholders -- working with the scrum team to go through iterations to build the product that will meet business needs -- ongoing process

　　- Understanding business processes and providing input -- documenting process flows

　　- Championing solution design -- once they understand the product

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5 days a week on-site in Memphis, Tennessee

　　Techno-functional/SME/Consulting experience in deployment and implementation of SAP eWM (extended warehouse management systems)

　　Application Integration experience -- how eWM is connected with other ERP systems or warehouse control systems or automation such as ECC(ERP system where customer places the order)/transportation management systems

　　Supply chain/logistics background

　　Warehouse experience

　　JIRA experience to write user stories and to track metrics

　　Track record of working with complex business processes with several stakeholders involved in a cross-functional/enterprise-scale environment

　　Collaborative/self-driven individual -Healthcare background

　　-Previous warehouse experience -- how RF guns work/how the network works/printer works -- basic hardware knowledge/handheld devices

　　-S4 Hana experience null
