　　Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalentexperienceProven experience in rooms division management, preferably in a luxury hotelor resortStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsProficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and related technologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
