　　- Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm -

　　This is a specialized customer service position responsible forprocessing new and renewal applications for Business Licenses and theCitys Rental Registration program. The ideal candidate for this positionwill possess outstanding customer service and communication skills. Thework involved requires accuracy, timeliness and very close attention todetail. Excellent filing and record keeping are required. Must beproficient in Google Docs and Sheets, and be able to quickly learn theCitys own programs. Must have knowledge of cash processing procedures,including daily cash transactions. Demonstrate ability to maintainprofessionalism at all times with customers and other employees. Musthave the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks simultaneously. The candidate will report directly to the RentalRegistration Coordinator.

　　Requirements: High School graduate, college experience a plus. Strongcustomer service and clerical experience is desired. Must be able towork with a diverse population, including people who do not speakEnglish. Candidates must possess a valid State of Maine Class C driverslicense and a personal vehicle available for work use. Offers ofemployment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminalbackground check.

　　CEBA Union position Grade 13 Pay range starting at \$813.38/week.
