Overview

　　We are seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to perform professional assignments following established policies. This position requires some professional judgment and a limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.

　　This position will be located at our Camden, Arkansas facility.

　　Essential Functions

　　Perform technical supervision and troubleshooting of complex operations involved in the manufacture of insulation components, insulated rocket motor cases, and rocket motor mixing casting and assembly opperations.

　　Originate, prepare, and maintain detailed planning (Standard Operating Procedures) for the manufacture of inert/energetic components.

　　Perform hands-on pilot operations for manufacture of new inert/energetic components, and development program components.

　　Accurately report problems, solutions, and results in concise written and oral communications.

　　Perform mathematical calculations for geometric checks and chemical mixtures.

　　Requirements

　　Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
