  Responsibilities

  Recruitment and Sourcing:

  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.

  Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  Assist in the development and improvement of interview processes.

  Collect feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.

  Onboarding:

  Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary materials to new employees.

  Administrative Support:

  Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.

  Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.

  Employment Branding:

  Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employment brand.

  Engage in employer branding activities to attract top talent.

  Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all HR activities.

  Data Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees.

  Generate reports on recruitment metrics and HR activities as needed.
