Talent Acquisition Specialist
A company of ours is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract role. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with client stakeholders, other talent acquisition professionals, and HR business partners on succession planning, position strategy and candidate requirements, as well as developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top corporate talent.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Conducting research to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles
Calibrating candidate profiles with hiring managers
Conducting interviews and participating in debrief/hiring conversations
Building out talent networks across diverse functions/industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage
Partnering with leaders and HR partners to determine current and future workforce needs
Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on various focus industries and market conditions
Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checking on all prospects
Graining trust of prospective candidates and developing them into active candidates
Creating and negotiating offers through a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits
Leading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress
Creating robust search and engagement strategies that will attract the best and brightest
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications of Talent Acquisition Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience in recruiting.
Strong knowledge of competitive landscape in the US and some global market knowledge in the recruitment of corporate professionals.
Strong operations/driver recruiting experience is required
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
