　　Job Description Summary:

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

　　Lead the periodic and annual financial close process for revenue.

　　Overall responsibility for monthly reconciliations of GL balances to Revenue sub-ledger.

　　Prepare quarterly financial reporting & provide insights regarding variance to PY.

　　Play a hands-on role with respect to revenue activities including contact review, financial statement support preparation, external audit.

　　Manage the revenue team ensuring the team are provided with growth and development opportunities.

　　Develop sound and efficient accounting controls and business processes for all revenue area.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　10-15 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.

　　Knowledge of all aspects of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Global Accounting standards.

　　Software experience preferred.

　　M&A transaction and accounting experience.

　　Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

　　Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued.

　　Excellent communication, analytical and management skills.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Proficiency with Accounting software.

　　The base salary range for this role is $97,129.00 - $121,411.25 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
