Presently, we are actively seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to become a crucial part of the team for one of our healthcare clients, contributing to the effective support of our employee compensation function.
Responsibilities:
As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the employee compensation function of the Clinic. Your key duties will include:
Preparing various reports and data to support job analyses, market reviews, and evaluations.
Providing data analysis for new hire offers, promotions, and internal job changes under the direction of the Compensation Manager.
Maintaining compensation policies and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Participating in various salary surveys on behalf of the Clinic and maintaining survey data as necessary.
Supporting the position management process in collaboration with other department staff members.
Collecting and maintaining data to ensure the Clinic can attract and retain high-quality employees based on market trends.
Supporting the administration of salary increases and variable pay.
Participating in ad hoc compensation projects as directed by the Compensation Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of directly related employee compensation experience or 3 years in an HR Analyst position with heavy data analysis responsibility.
Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
Proficiency in Excel and managing large datasets.
Proficiency in survey submissions.
