Landauer, a World leader in dosimetry recurring revenue services seeks an energetic, passionate and results driven leader to lead commercial operations. The Commercial Manager will drive revenue and profitability growth of the Landauer Direct and Joint Venture Partners within Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) by developing and implementing operational efficiencies and leading the business using Fortive Business Systems (FBS). This role is responsible for multi-site operations WW. This individual will drive the Fortive culture and promote excellence and client and staff engagement through the application of FBS principles including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
Location preferred is any city in Europe or Chicago area in US could be also acceptable.
This position will report to the Global Director of Landauer Global Joint Venture Partners
Responsibilities
Partner with Operations to drive operational efficiencies to improve profitability and achieve organizational average OP% margins
Establish appropriate critical metrics and visual management tools, deploy to leaders in the organization; continuous alignment with leaders on definition and collaboration to ensure sustainment
Work with Finance, Operations, and Tax to cover product costs and margins when establishing appropriate transfer pricing for international joint ventures
Develop variable sales compensation plans for all positions within international subsidiaries to support revenue commitments
Collaborate with local Sales team on monthly revenue forecast and submit to Sales and Finance; drive continuous improvement of the process to ensure high level of accuracy
Submit quarterly and annual budgets in alignment with the financial calendar & budgetary cycle
Support channel partner relationship via quarterly business reviews and reassessing internal standard work
Partner with Product Management and Operations for successful new product introductions between the organization and buyer
Cultivate and grow a culture of client service; using Voice-of-the-Customer, problem solving, and quality initiatives to meet client needs
Develop and administer budgets, plans, and performance goals to deliver on safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales or marketing; ideally in the hospital/healthcare industry
BS degree or equivalent experience in physics, engineering, or other technical subject area
Candidates must have experience of strong standard work with continuous improvement principals and application.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in financials and driving revenue and operating profit goals
Develops new insights into situations quickly; questions conventional approaches; encourages new ideas and innovations; designs and implements new or ground breaking programs/processes
Track and improve critical metrics to elevate business performance and meet operational goals from senior leadership
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Outstanding leadership skills with exceptional written and verbal communications and team building talents
Shown ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings

National: The salary range for this position is $67700 - $125900
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
