Recently named a Forbes America's Best-In-State Employer 2022! What you'll do The Talent Acquisition Partner, Sourcing is a strategic position on the Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a candidate pipelines, using targeted sourcing and research strategies. As a supportive partner to the recruiters and talent acquisition partners, they ensure that Bassett is capturing and maintaining relationships with talent internally and externally, and that they are aware of opportunities available for them within the Bassett Healthcare Network. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Systems and Sourcing and will partner directly with the HR team, the Marketing department, network leaders, schools, and other community outreach program points of contact. This is a hybrid position and will be asked to be onsite at one of the Hospitals in our Network 1-2 days a week. Cooperate with the recruiting teams and Talent Acquisition Manager to align on sourcing needs and apply creativity and innovation to uncover the best talent to join Bassett. Source candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, and within Bassett’s internal ATS and CRM systems to continuously build talent pools and impact hiring goals. Support internal employees to identify positions across the Bassett Network who are looking for a new opportunity. Collaborates with Marketing to assess, evaluate, create, and execute strategies to attract top nursing talent. Proposes updates to management regarding policies and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, and industry best practices. Other duties as assigned. What we need from you Education: 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience may be substituted for a degree Experience: At least 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience required 1 year of Healthcare experience preferred Experience with sourcing passive talent for niche positions required Preferred experience with identifying opportunities for internal employees and candidates not selected for positions to which they applied Experience working with CRM and ATS systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, preferred Skills: Attention to Detail Build Relationships Communication Community Relations Computer Skills Maintain Confidentiality Multi-Tasking Project Management/Planning Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Occasional crouching, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, walking Constant typing/clerical/dexterity, grasping, repetitive motion, seeing/monitor/computer use, talking, visual acuity (color, depth, perception) Working Conditions: Occasional extreme temperatures Travel: Occasional Travel - The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to: USD $10,000.00 Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement. Pay Range Minimum: USD $60,282.11/Yr. Pay Range Maximum: USD $90,423.17/Yr.
