Description

　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Broomall, PA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Complete machine and facility corrective and preventative maintenance activities in a state-of-the-art custom architectural metals fabrication shop

　　Diagnose and perform repairs on a wide range of facilities and manufacturing equipment replace defective machine elements and adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts

　　Perform routine preventive maintenance as required per OEM standards

　　Move machinery and equipment using hoists dollies, rollers, and trucks

　　Assemble and install mechanical equipment

　　Other tasks assigned

　　Work with the following equipment: 3d printer, 5axis water jet cutting table, laser cutting table, CNC machining centers, sheet metal folding machine, press brakes, welding equipment, wood-shop equipment, overhead cranes and hoists, wet and dry industrial paint application and baking systems, sandblast glass bead and polish, finishing equipment, electrical water and compressed air/gas supply grids

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 3+ years of previous maintenance and/or plant engineering experience, industrial maintenance experience with some working knowledge of working on machines

　　Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical skills at a basic level

　　Must be able to use critical thinking and leadership skills combined with technical and hands on knowledge to improve quantity as well as quality while supporting the overall operation efficiency and functionality of all production equipment

　　Ability to troubleshoot electrical pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems

　　Ability to learn/react quickly while keeping a watchful eye on surroundings and environment

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills function as a part of an effective team work in an organized documented and clean fashion
