  What you'll be doing

  We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position is based in our Jacksonville, Florida office and will be responsible for supporting the US Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers a hybrid working environment where you will have a blend of remote working days and 3 in office days during the work week. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach. You will own, manage and elevate the candidate experience. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders, which includes recruiters and hiring managers, as well as being the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality experience top of mind. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is excited about recruitment and wants to gain exposure to all aspects of the recruiting function - from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, diversity, employer brand and candidate experience.

  Responsibilities

  Deliver a first-class recruitment service across the US, delivering on and exceeding KPIs, while bringing the highest quality talent to the businessSuccessfully manage multiple candidates and calendars to seamlessly coordinate time sensitive interview activity for business teamsSupport both internal and external stakeholders with proactive problem solving as it pertains to the interview process (i.e., handling technical difficulties, last minute schedule changes, etc.)Proactively identify gaps in process to create a more seamless and efficient solution and experience in the hiring processAudit candidate and hire trackers and support with reporting requests using basic Excel skillsContinually create, innovate, challenge norms and raise the bar for recruitment at PaysafePre-screening candidates by conducting phone interviewsBrand ambassador of Paysafe to help attract quality talent for our growing businessStandardizing all job postings Creating, updating and maintaining job requisitions in ATS System (Success Factors)Posting job adverts on LinkedIn and other external sitesFirst point of contact with external candidates to schedule prescreens with the Talent Acquisition team Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a timely mannerPoint of contact for recruitment agencies and maintain the applicant tracking system and coordination with these agenciesPreparing offer letters and other tasks required to on-board new hiresData validation for mid-hiring reviewsCreating and maintaining various Excel reports for the teamRouting Invoices and follow up with third party vendors with the accounting departmentProviding help with the organization of events - Career fairs, University events, Virtual events, etc.• Providing ad hoc project and administrative support to the recruitment team

  What we're looking for

  Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or HR Coordinator and/or relevant administrative experienceExperience using an ATS preferably SuccessFactorsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally across global teamsGreat interpersonal skills, self-motivated, innovative and experience working across functional departmentsProficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors is considered a plus) and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft TeamsAbility to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and data integrityTeam player with who understands group objectivesDisplay professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality Good knowledge of Social Media and LinkedIn (asset)
