About Talent Acquisition Co-Op

  This position provides comprehensive Recruitment support, coordination and counsel related to a wide variety of Early Talent Acquisition activities in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The focus of this position will be assisting in aspects of the recruitment life cycle which include requisition creation, phone screening candidates, scheduling hiring manager interviews, applicant sourcing and maintaining applicant flow in our Applicant Tracking System, Oracle Recruiting Cloud. There may be additional project work as needed. Groups serviced include active employees, managers, HR business partners, coordinators, and various HR Center of Excellence subject matter experts.

  We are looking for a Part-Time Co-Op with the ability to work 15-30 hours per week throughout the school year; Opportunity to work additional hours during the summer if schedule allows. Hybrid schedule—must be available to work 2 days at our Global Headquarters office in downtown Cleveland, OH.
