Laundry Worker/Housekeeper - Livonia, MI 48150

　　Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.00/hr.

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Textile Garment Tech for a disaster restoration company located in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling laundry and ensuring exceptional service and quality to our customers and their textiles.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Handle laundry of smoke/water damaged as well as clean processed laundry.

　　Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.

　　Evaluate items as they are being sorted by color and care type.

　　Manage time efficiently between washing cycles, hand cleaning, and drying times to avoid machine idle time.

　　Follow oral and written instructions.

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

　　Previous experience in a laundry environment is preferred, but on-site training will be provided.

　　Must be organized and able to multi-task.

　　Capable of lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds.

　　Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.

　　Willingness to work around smoke or water damaged clothing.

　　Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Chauffeur's license is a plus.
