Rocky Mountain College is accepting applications for a Student Account Coordinator. This position is responsible for all Rocky Mountain College student accounts receivable. Duties include contact with student and their families by assisting in the maintenance of student account information, validation, billing, and collection of past due balances. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator works closely with Financial Aid, Student Records, International Programs, Administrative Computing, Accounts payable, and Business Office personnel.Qualifications:- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or- A minimum of three (3) years experience working in positions including accounting, bookkeeping or clerical work; or- An equivalent combination of education and experience.- Familiarity with accounting terminology is preferred.- Must have strong customer service and technical skills.- Must be proficient at learning and using computer software programs and telephone systems.Billings, Montana is the largest city in Montana and Northern Rockies offering a wide variety of outdoor and cultural activities.
