Job Description

We have a critical need based out of our Charlotte, NC office for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. This person will be handling projects in South Carolina mostly.

· Looking for self-starter, team-oriented person that wants to help build a survey department from ground up

· Estimates, plans and manages surveying aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects

· Effectively ensures projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget

· Leads and supervises survey teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

· Mentor and develop survey personnel

· Sign and seal professional surveying documents

Skills and Requirements

Job Requirements:

· Professional Land Surveyor in South Carolina working out of the Charlotte, NC office

· Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Strong survey experience in land/site development

· Personnel management experience

· Working knowledge and familiarity of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center null
