  Farnsworth Group is seeking a Survey Crew Chief in our St. Louis, MO office. This position entails performing a wide variety of surveys in various locations. There is up to 80% expected travel. This is not a contract position; we are looking to fill a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in Land Surveying.

  Job Activities:

  ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

  Boundary Surveys

  Topographic Surveys

  Construction Layout

  As-Built Pipeline Surveys

  3D Scanning

  UAV Surveys

  Specific Requirements include:

  High school diploma or equivalent

  3 or more years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys

  Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors

  Ability to organize field notes

  Ability to read Construction Plans

  Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred

  LSIT preferred

  Ability to execute field staking

  Strong math skills

  Valid driver’s license

  80% travel required

  Desired Qualifications:

  Oil & Gas Pipeline experience

  DOT experience
