​CGI has an immediate need for a Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with AWS to work on real implementations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment. This incumbent is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications. Our platform allows us to provide our clients with enterprise level mobile and web solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Typically requires 8+ years relevant experience

• Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Batch, Spring, Spring Batch, and Hibernate.

• Proficient in Angular 17+, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experienced with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, AWS Batch, S3, SQS/SNS, EC2, Oracle RDS, and Aurora Postgres.

• Strong skills in DB/SQL, capable of writing complex queries.

• Adept at unit testing and test automation.

• Skilled in implementing integration solutions with Microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Experienced in working on large, complex systems handling large data volumes.

• Independent contributor with the ability to navigate and understand complex existing code.

• Experienced in batch processing and handling high data volumes with a focus on performance optimization.

• Experienced with build tools such as Maven and Gradle. CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab/Terraform​

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field​​​​

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000.00 - $165,300.00.
