Supply Sustainment Support Supervisor
KBR is seeking a Supply Sustainment Support Supervisor to support the United States Space Force's (USSF) Satellite Control Network (SCN). The SCN provides highly reliable and secure data transfer, telemetry, tracking, command, control, and communications (TT&C3) for more than 195 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil, and allied satellites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and leads day to day activities of the warehouse and functional activities. Responsible for implementing training requirements and monitoring employee performance. Oversees the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and ensures accountability, calibration, certifications, and repairs are performed accordingly. Establishes production standards, monitors compliance, and recommends operational improvements. Assist the manager in accomplishing the short- and long-term goals for the department/function. Maintains employee compliance with safety policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Establish and maintain a Wholesale Inventory Control Point (ICP).
Manage Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) functions.
Implement and maintain supply support databases for the data exchange and ensure supply support availability requirements are achieved.
Apply procedures IAW Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) 4500.9-R, Part II, Cargo Movement to all shipments moving within the DoD transportation system.
Receive, store, issue, inspect, distribute, and dispose of hazardous material and maintain a file of all Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Provide a monthly condition code-based inventory status report.
Provide warehouse storage to retain non-stock listed repairable (Part Numbered) assets that have network intrinsic value for reuse based on historical usage data.
Provide Packaging, Handling, Shipping and Transportation (PHS&T) of
Comply with DoD’s Item Unique Identification (IUID) policy.
Maintain the Master Inventory Listing of owning activity TMDE provided by the supporting Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL).
Participate in Depot Maintenance Activation Working Groups (DMAWG) and Maintenance Activation Planning Team (MAPT) Integrated Product Teams (IPT)s.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 5-7 years of experience.
Security Clearance:
Secret (or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance)
Basic Compensation:
$85,000 - $105,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
