A global leader in the respiratory diagnostics, ventilation, and anesthesia delivery products is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support their manufacturing team in Palm Springs, CA.

　　Duties:

　　Assist the quality management in implementing, maintaining and aligning quality systems that are compliant with ISO 13485, FDA QSR and intracompany requirements.

　　Provide communication, work direction, coaching, training and guidance for employees.

　　Participate in product, project and process development teams to provide quality support and input.

　　Work directly with engineering, manufacturing and other groups to design, develop, and conduct verification, validation and qualification activities for equipment, processes and products.

　　Work directly with engineering, manufacturing and other groups to develop appropriate test and inspection methods and acceptance criteria for new and existing products.

　　Provide metrics related manufacturing of products as well as field complaints.

　　Identify quality product issues and develop solutions to eliminate

　　Coordinate Material Review Board meetings to disposition non-conforming materials

　　Drive continuous improvement efforts, through facilitating, and collaborating with cross function teams.

　　Comply with applicable quality system procedures.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited four (4) year university with 3 or more years experience

　　Maintain high work and ethical standards

　　Sets a cooperative tone within the work group and across groups to get the work done

　　Will be expected to learn production lines and how their devices work

　　Experience performing SCAR's

　　Experience Performing CAPA's

　　Additional Information:

　　Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour

　　100% Onsite in Palm Springs: Monday thru Friday
