　　Schedule: FT - 40 hours week - Mon-Fri 11a-7p

　　Shift : Day Shift

　　Location: 1035 Red Bud Road NE, Calhoun GA

　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　Performs all types of radiographic and cat scan procedures on in-patients and outpatients.

　　Maintains competency in radiology and cat scan procedures performed on in-patients, outpatients, as well as emergency and operating room patients.

　　Operates all radiographic diagnostic equipment including c-arm equipment.

　　Performs routine diagnostic and portable exams when needed.

　　Operates all cat scan equipment Transports patients, processes film, and prepares radiographic rooms with supplies and medications as needed.

　　Reviews orders and reviews films for correct identification before submitting for a radiologists interpretation.

　　Assists with clerical duties as needed. Participates in radiology and cat scan QI or Quality Improvement program

　　Qualifications

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED :

　　Certification from an accredited school or program in radiologic technology.

　　CT Tech or Radiology Tech trained or willing to train in CT

　　Successful graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology at a minimum.

　　A minimum of 12 hours of in-service or continuing education per year as well as any additional any hours needed to develop the core objectives and goals listed in this job description

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION PREFERRED :
