PositionOverview The Supplier Manager is responsible for managing supplier riskand performance globally for the enterprise, ensuring suppliers meetterms of commercial agreements, and goods and services purchased by theenterprise are of good quality and delivered on time. This individualwill partner across the Supply Chain organization, along with businesspartners, to guarantee supplier success in meeting organization needs.Strategically managing key supplier relationships, reporting on supplierperformance and risks globally, while providing guidance to stakeholdersin managing third party activities. Essential Duties include but are notlimited to the following: Manages supplier risk, performance, andquality on behalf of relationship owner, developing plans to mitigaterisk and increase supplier performance in partnership with Due DiligencePartners, Corporate Quality, and Category Management teams. Executessupplier management activities within S2P & ERP systems, including newsupplier onboarding, supplier on-going maintenance, and supplierdeactivation, in partnership with Category Management and Finance teams.Monitors and mitigates on-going supplier risk, inherent to supplierrelationship or supplier engagement, while partnering with Third-PartyRisk Analysts and Due Diligence Partners. Partners with CategoryManagement teams to influence category strategy based on residualsupplier risk. Communicates risk details and brings recommendations tomitigate risk back to cross functional Supply Chain team, in partnershipwith Third-Party Risk Analysts. Monitors key performance indicators(KPIs) related to supplier risk and performance, including supplierscorecards, risk scores, and supplier dashboards. Communicates findingsto relationship owners and Category Management teams, and greater SupplyChain to influence strategies. Manages the supplier segmentation model,partnering with Quality and Category Management teams to ensure accurateclassification of supplier portfolio.
