Make customer satisfaction by response and action customer warranty issue.

　　Improve R/1000 by implement corrective action base on investigation result which work with team.

　　Support other assignment from Quality Manager.

　　Develop and analysis of warranty returns from customer’s product assembly line and field

　　Monitor / Collect data from customer web-site and communicate with BW global team (by monthly at least) to align all warranty information such as R/1000, CPU, etc. include corrective action which get from investigation result.

　　Prepare warranty analysis reports (8D) to customer.

　　Work and support with CQE for internal Quality issue and customer (0 Km) issue.
