The ideal candidate must be a thought leader with a demonstrated ability in Project Management and/or Planning. The role will be responsible for supporting the Integration Lead by coordinating supplier set-ups, system maintenance, and training sessions. They will participate in creating Supplier communications and educational content, workshop designs, training facilitation amongst both technical and operational teams as it related to the roll out and ongoing support of the SAP Ariba SCC tool, and testing.
The Supplier Coordinator partners closely with NA Centralized Material Planning Team, Category Procurement, Planning for Contract Manufacturing, Portfolio procurement, GIO IT, External Supply Partners and the SAP Ariba team on development, integration, testing, and support of SAP Ariba into Unilever ways of working. In this role, the candidate will act as the first point of contact for external communications regarding the SAP ARIBA roll out. This candidate will lead the tactical execution of ARIBA roll out strategy in partnership with the Supplier Integration Functional Lead.

You enjoy making data based decision making for the purpose of prioritization and resource allocation. Coordinate with Supplier Integration Functional Lead to develop and roll out the Supplier Engagement Strategy.
You’re a people developer: Develop OPL’s (one point lessons), community of practice reviews, and instructor-led “classroom” trainings on system operation along with process changes.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain Related Field
A minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain or project management industry
Experience in Cloud Services, data collection procurement, third party manufacturing and material requirements planning preferred
Knowledge of SAP ECC a must. SAP Certification and APICS Certification a plus
Knowledge of SAP Ariba SCC (preferred but not required)
Strong leader with organization/project management skills including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence key stakeholders where you do not have direct authority over them will be critical to success
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Robust knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, etc)

Pay: The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
