Responsibilities As a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) you will provide day to day operational and strategic leadership to the Division: Plans and executes specialized programs on a diverse range of issues related to technical acquisitions, network architecture, cybersecurity, and government preparedness. Oversees operations and performs supervisory functions necessary to accomplish program objectives related to the Section Provide technical guidance and assistance on matters about enterprise network and security architecture utilizing various laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and services to manage and implement security and technical requirements. Lead analytical and customer outreach work to ensure FAS IT products and services meet state-of-the-art information security requirements with FISMA, EO, FIPS, NIST and CISA requirements. Conduct life cycle cost studies, budget formulation, acquisition management and performance management of system, network and/or application development, operations, and maintenance. Monitor existing IT materials and conduct comparative analysis of competitor materials. Participate in meetings, committees, and working groups as a senior technical subject matter expert. Develop strategic stakeholder outreach materials, including marketing collateral, talking points, reactive press statements/Q&A, workshops, meetings, seminars, conferences, white papers, infographics, solicitation templates, social media, podcasts, and videocasts. The GS-14 base salary range starts at $122,198 (based on Step 1, outside of locality pay areas) to $191,900 (San Jose-San Francisco-Oakland, CA includes locality pay). Locality pay will be determined once the duty location has been established. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
