　　In this role, the candidate will work directly with customer supporting their product development:

　　be a development lead, including owning and communication of project deliverables and timelines

　　be the voice of Capgemini to interface on all matters related to software architecture/design

　　be the SW Dev point-person to interface with our Project Owners (SW Business Analysts)

　　providing technical guidance to the offshore team, and coordinating project execution with the offshore team

　　Qualification

　　Approximate 10 years of experience

　　Strong experience in C# , OOPS , Design concepts ( Design patterns) , SQL

　　Strong experience leading off-shore teams

　　Good to have experience in Win forms or WPF

　　Good to have C / Delphi ( I know Delphi is extinct skills so not mandatory)
