What you will do:
Support the design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud HCM functional architecture with leading practices throughout all phases of a cloud transformationHelp Federal clients achieve HR transformation initiatives (People, Process & Technology) that are driven by their acquisition of new business technologyEngage directly with Government Stakeholders and Prime ContractorsApply federal business process knowledge and interest in emerging technologies to bring forth leading practices and recommendations in the area of Human Capital ManagementPartner with project managers to identify project risks and issues, working together to develop and articulate mitigation strategies Support Federal sales cycles, as neededCollaborate in small teams on client projects and internal initiativesInvest in your professional development individually and support the growth of team members Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a healthy work-life balance
Qualifications
Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2023/2024 school year in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, Information Systems/Technology, or a related fieldAvailability to begin full-time employment in the summer of 2024Outstanding academic performance with a minimum overall GPA of a 3.0 required with at least a 3.2 GPA preferredRelevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organizationAbility to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display passion and commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, achieving results and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of dutiesDemonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VisioThe ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industriesExcellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skillsBe available to travel as needed for client projects
