　　Explain the purpose and procedure of treatments, tests, and equipment to the patients, and provide necessary education upon discharge to home.

　　Perform basic floor care respiratory therapy for patients of all ages, including nebulizers, MDIs, bronchial hygiene (CPT), Volume Expansion (PEP), CPAP, and BiPAP.

　　Provide respiratory therapy in both Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Adult Intensive Care Unit (AICU) settings.

　　Demonstrate expertise in the use of specific ventilator machines (e.g., Servoi, SiPAP, Sensormedics 3100A for HFOV) and blood gas analysis.

　　Administer respiratory therapies tailored to the unique needs of premature infants, including those requiring high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV).

　　Manage ventilators, including invasive and non-invasive modes, for adult and pediatric patients.

　　Implement ventilator weaning protocols for patients in the AICU.

　　Perform arterial and venous blood gas analysis to assess and monitor patients' respiratory and metabolic status

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THERRT REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST:

　　2+ yearsof recentintensive care respiratory therapyexperience required

　　Experience with Nebulizers and MDIs, bronchial hygiene (CPT), Volume Expansion (PEP), CPAP & BiPAP for infants

　　Trach experience

　　Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) experience and/or Pediatric Intentive Care (PICU) experience. Must be familiar with the Servoi, SiPAP, and Sensormedics 3100A (HFOV) ventilator machines and blood gas analysis

　　ACLS, BLS, and PALS issued through American Heart Association

　　Active NRP

　　Must be eligible to work in the United States

　　RRT license in NE
