  The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System. It helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and savings and loan holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government. The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

  As part of the multi-disciplinary Strategic Communications & Digital Engagement (SCDE) department, you will support partners in the department and bank wide by providing insights from audience analytics. SCDE works to elevate Bank research and thought leadership; this position will help measure success of different Bank products - including research papers, public data visualizations, internal communications, events - using audience analytics.

  Responsibilities include:Assisting with data aggregation, data visualization and dashboard construction, modeling, or process automation.Possibility of interfacing with end-users to solicit feedback on existing solutions or new projects.Assisting with discovery and requirements-gathering to determine goals and success measurement of different Bank products.

  Required technical skills:Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or another business intelligence platformExperience with data wrangling, cleaning, transformation, and visualizationFamiliarity with Google Analytics (specifically Google Analytics 4)Familiarity with database structures. SQL knowledge is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical skills and sense of curiosityAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects.Great work ethic and detail oriented

  The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

  Background investigations and drug testing are required for all new hires as a condition of employment, after the job offer is made. Candidates for positions deemed as "safety sensitive" will also be screened for the presence of marijuana. Employment may not begin until the Bank accepts the results of the background investigation.

  All employees will be subject to FBI fingerprint / criminal background and Patriot Act/ Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list checks at least once every five years.
