  About the Opportunity: We are looking for a seasoned Director, Product Management who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Sagent. Our innovative products empower clients in the mortgage industry to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Product Management to lead our Collections and Loss Mitigation product teams.

  Your day-to-day at Sagent:Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.Drive innovation in collections & loss mitigation servicing technology, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.Leadership and Team Management:Lead and inspire a team of product owners and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Oversee the Collections & Loss Mitigation products, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including, engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.Markey Analysis and Customer Insights:Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development.Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about regulatory changes in the mortgage industry and ensure that our products comply with all relevant standards and requirements.

  We would love to hear from you if you have:Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, and/or related field and 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or financial technology company.6+ years of experience in loan servicing, including any area, such as Support.Previous experience managing software product or educational equivalent. (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group, others.)3+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products to completion.Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decision-making and product improvements.Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
