　　Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our Maintenance Worker role. In this position you will be involved in the maintenance of all company grounds. You will be involved in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as well as exterior grounds maintenance. 　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Performs routine maintenance throughout all buildings (Ex.-fixing structural damage such as windows, doors, or walls)Repairs broken or leaking plumbingWorks on and repairs damaged electrical wiringMaintains HVAC equipment to regulate building temperaturesFixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuriesPainting and concrete work as necessaryGrass cutting and trimmingSnow removalOther duties as needed

　　US Citizenship requiredHigh school or equivalent requiredKnowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to adapt to changing work environmentsAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong time-management skillsThe ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to stand, sit, or move around for prolonged periods of time
