Staff Product Manager, Supply Technology (viagogo Inc., New York, NY)Oversee the entire life cycle of projects for supply technology including technology development, project planning and marketing. Guide the data entry team that creates and maintains catalogues of events to list against and with associated metadata. Work across our mobile and web projects to drive usage and engagement. Support the recruitment of staff members, as well as coach and counsel employees for success, and conduct performance reviews. Develop salary planning proposals and assist employees with career development planning and training. Lead a team of product managers working on user acquisition, activation, and retention. Define and articulate the vision for product portfolios. Travel required 5% of the time to domestic and international client sites. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to viagogo Inc. at 3 World Trade Center - 175 Greenwich Street, 59th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or related field plus 5 years of professional experience as a Software Analyst, Software Manager, Product Manager, or related occupation/position/job title involving search technology.In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of professional experience, the employer will accept 7 years of professional experience as a Software Analyst, Software Manager, Product Manager, or related occupation/position/job title involving search technology.Must also have experience with the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience researching & evaluating technology platforms and providers for adoption by a global organization; 5 years of professional experience identifying, analyzing, and documenting technology requirements using Jira, Azure Devops and Trello; 5 years of professional experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing multiple competing demands for software projects; 5 years of professional experience overseeing user acquisition, activation, and retention for software products; 5 years of professional experience sketching, wireframing, rapid prototyping, information architecting, journey mapping for supply technology products, and end-to-end building tooling; 5 years of professional experience producing BI Reports; 5 years of professional experience using SSRS, R, Postman, SQL & Python; 5 years of professional experience owning responsibility for multiple products within one domain including overseeing and leading two or more engineering teams; 5 years of professional experience with measuring success and building enterprise-level tooling for users in multiple languages, multiple alphabets, multiple currencies and multiple time zones; and 2 years of professional experience building, setting goals, and managing a team with at least 2 direct reports.Please apply online at: https://workatviagogo.com/
