　　As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will provide leadership for the overall Supply Chain functions to establish, maintain and improve efficient and effective Oceania end to end Supply Chain. Key responsible areas include Supply, Demand, Inventory and Warehouse & Distribution management, customer service and consumer care on top of the Team management.

　　You’ll work to maintain excellent partnership with key suppliers and key customers and develop strategic join business plans with them. Team management: provide vision for the supply chain team. Set targets, monitor progress, coach and develop team members.

　　Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

　　• Lead the organization to manage and improve business processes and key Supply Chain performance. Key measures include Customer Service Level, Warehouse & Distribution Cost, Days in Inventory and Forecast Accuracy.

　　• Lead the monthly consensus meeting with the Commercial team to create an aligned demand forecast.

　　• Identify capacity/supply and/or inventory issues (both up and down) enough in advance to allow controlling customers’ demand as well as to alert Suppliers / 3PL for preparing operational hedging.

　　• Accountable for developing a firm Inventory plan for both short term and full financial year and achieving inventory goals by balancing production/supply with demand forecast.

　　• Manage and lead efforts to optimize and improve outsourced Warehouse & Distribution functions from cost and service standpoints.

　　• Manage a shift to focusing on value creation and lead more than one Value Chain management.

　　• Drive improvements to create innovations for our consumers/customers.

　　Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

　　Ideally you will have experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Cosmetics industry. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

　　• Proven Supply Chain Management experience within Consumer Goods industry.

　　• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence all levels of management.

　　• Team Leadership – experience of leading a team and representing the supply chain function in leadership meetings.

　　• Experience of initiating and enabling change to continuously improve operations.

　　• Ability to manage a project involving different departments and different levels of the organization.

　　• Analytical and logical thinking is mandatory for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate actions.

　　• Ability to provide Supply Chain solutions to fulfill business needs for Value Chain creation and be consumer centricity.
