This person can be an Entry Level Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician with blueprint reading skills as well as AutoCAD experience. You will be providing support to customers to assist with troubleshooting and fine tuning machinery.Required:• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or 2 year Electrical related degree/certification• Proficient with AutoCAD• Able to read electrical schematics/blueprints• Experience with ERP systems is plus• Understanding of robotics/machinery• Professional outgoing personality to assist customers over the telephone• Occasional travelDescription:• You will receive incoming questions from customers to help resolve.• Document problems and solutions• Create troubleshooting guides and work instructions• Research and assist with troubleshooting design errors for future machines• Modify /create electrical drawings• Observe shop floor, learn about the machines and building them, roll up your sleeves and do some wiring work from time to time so you can learn more about the machines.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
